30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Eurogold Jewellers will offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all on-line purchases from the date the jewellery is shipped.

Please follow the following guidelines for returns.

Please return the jewellery in its original condition and packaging, with a copy of the receipt and a copy of your original email alert to Eurogold Jewellers.

Please email us at sales@eurogoldjewellery.com.au  as soon as you can, explaining why you are returning your item to us.  Refunds will be deducted unless the item is found faulty.

All refunds will be reversed via the same initial payment method.

You can also exchange an item within the 30 days from the date the jewellery is shipped. Just return the jewellery in its original condition and packaging, with a copy of the receipt and a copy of your original email to Eurogold Jewellers. You will also have to include a self-addressed postage paid satchel bag so that the new item/s can be posted back to you. Also if an additional amount is to be paid then this must be done in full before the exchanged items are posted back to you. Any partial refund will be done on receipt on the original item. Any original shipping costs are not refundable. Any applicable refunds will be reversed via the same initial payment method.

All return postage costs to Eurogold Jewellers are at your expense.
