What is the Reward Point Program?

At Eurogold Jewellers we want you to be rewarded every time you shop with us because you are supporting our family business we want to give something back.

The Reward point program is simple you earn 10% off your purchases in points, you will earn Reward Points for the money you spend. Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at Eurogold Jewellers.

The Reward Point Program began on Friday 20 May 2011 . All purchases made after that date will earn points.

How does the Program work?

You must be a registered Eurogold Jewellers customer to receive reward points.

When an order is placed, the total amount* of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your discount Points account. You must have at least 10 points for your discount to apply.

For example if you spend $109 you will receive 11 points. On your next purchase you can use that 11 points (will work out to a 10% earning of your last order) and you will receive that discount, so if you spend $100 on your next order you will receive $10 off your total 2^nd purchase spend.

You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.

During the checkout process the cart will detect that you have 10 (or more) points, and will apply your 10% discount on the purchase automatically.

Points and Values

Currently, for every $1AU spent at Eurogold Jewellers you'll earn points
For example:
          Product Cost:  $100AU
          Value of Points Earned:  10 points (10% of product price)

e.g. Product Price = $109, Points Earned = 11 points

The maths: 0.1 = 10%

Product Price x % discount = Points
109 x 0.1 = 10.9 (round off to 11)

Therefore, you need to spend at least $10 to gain 1 point. ($10 x 0.1 = 1 point)

Redeeming Reward Points

At the Review and place order page at the shopping cart you will see your points that you have earned or automatically redeemed.

Minimum Points Required

There is a minimum points balance of 10 that is required to redeem your 10% discount. Every time you purchase a product, you will be rewarded with points. The more you purchase, the more points you redeem. 10% will apply on per transaction basis. Minimum points required for 10% discount is 10 points.

Conditions of Use

Reward Points are only available to registered Eurogold Jewellery member's.

Reward Points Reward can only be collected and used with online purchases. and are only validated at Eurogold Jewellers Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between member's.

Reward Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances. Reward will not be refunded for any canceled order. When calculating the amount of points earned. shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
