The cost of all products, are displayed with each product. All prices include GST and display as “+ Postage and Handling”, or Free Shipping.

Shipping

Eurogold Jewellers will ship to the customer’s shipping address within 1 week of order.
All orders are shipped registered post and so must be signed for by the recipient either at their delivery address or at the local post office if no-one is available at the delivery address to sign.

Shipping costs relate to products that are to the value of $50 and below.
Delivery within Australia:
- Express Post $9.90 including GST
Delivery outside Australia:
- Please contact us for a quote, based, on destination, weight and volume.

Post Office Boxes: We are not able to deliver orders to a post office box as all orders must be signed for. If you live in a rural area and a post box is the only postal address that you have, please contact us to discuss delivery and we will be able to help you with getting your parcel delivered to you.

Please note that the estimated number of days for delivery displayed is not a guarantee of delivery within the time frames listed. Your order time frame also depends upon the stock availability of the item that you order and the time of day that you place your order. Returns Policy
Euogold Jewellers will replace, at their cost, any goods which are found to be damaged when delivered or which are lost in transit, details of which must be submitted to Eurogold Jewellers within 10 days of receipt of goods. If any product does not meet a customer’s expectations, Eurogold Jewellers may offer an alternate product, at the prevailing cost of the replacement product. If Eurogold Jewellers considers that the product meets the description supplied on the website at time of purchase, then the customer can submit a written request explaining the reason the product does not meet expectations, and Eurogold Jewellers will consider this request and act at its discretion. Please contact Eurogold Jewellers and they will send you a post pack for easy returns.

Our jewellery is guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturing faults, excluding normal wear and accidental damage.
*Note: We reserve the right to exchange, repair or correct a fault/defect rather than providing a refund.
 Please choose carefully before making your purchase as we do not refund for incorrect choice.

Payment Terms and Conditions

We offer payment options for Australian customers who can choose to pay by Mastercard or VISA, through our secure Commonwealth Bank gateway payment system, or by Invoice. Credit card customers will receive an e-mail advising the order is processed once payment clears. International customers can make payment by Mastercard or VISA only. We don’t accept, American Express or Diners Club as online payment methods. If you wish to use American Express or Diners Club to purchase a Eurogold Jewellers product, please call, email or fax the Melbourne Store.

Privacy Guarantee
The records that Eurogold Jewellers keep about their customers, their contact details and purchases are for “in House” and internal use by Eurogold Jewellers only. This information is NOT made available to any third party. Your privacy and confidentiality is assured.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Eurogold Jewellers warrants the Product to be free of material defects in workmanship under normal use for ten days after purchase. During this ten day period you may return the defective Product to EUROGOLD JEWELLERS and it will be replaced without charge unless damaged by accident or misuse.

If we find that you have ordered an item that was incorrectly priced, incorrectly described or out of stock we will contact you within 2 business days. Funds will not be processed until we have contacted you.

Risk in any goods supplied by Eurogold Jewellers shall pass to the customer when goods are delivered to the customer, however, ownership and property in each item of the goods supplied is retained by Eurogold Jewellers until payment in full of the purchase price.
